- Last 2 Bank Statements Covering a 60 Period (be sure to include all pages even if page is blank)
- Most Recent 2 Years of Tax Returns
- Most Recent 2 Years of W’2’s
- Copy of Photo I.D.
- Copy of your Certificate of Eligibility (if you don’t have we can assist you with this)
